About Towns Mods
Towns allows anyone to full customize the game. Everything from the images, to the items, to the characters can be changed by editing the files in the 'data' directory. Here at the Towns wiki we have split up the the mods into 6 categories.
Vanilla Towns
When Towns is downloaded, it is called Vanilla. Reason being is that it is unedited. Can even be called the Base, or Core.
Mod Types
Addon
These mods add additional elements to a full mod.
Full
These mods change everything about the game from the game from the base. Almost like playing a brand new game!
Graphics
These mods while not changing the way the game is played, change the way that the game looks.
Map Packs
These mods change the maps that you play. Some will make them harder, others easier.
Mixed
These mods are a mixture of any of the above except for Full.
UI
These mods modify the User Interface of the game.
