When a Tavern Room is created, a hero will move in (this is viewable by mousing over the zone, an unclaimed/empty room will return the phrase "Tavern room" wheras a claimed room will return the name of the Hero who owns it).
The number of heroes that move in is dependent to the number of civillians currently living in the town, and not the number of free Tavern Rooms existing (as opposed to Personal Rooms).
When tired, the Hero will return to their rooms to sleep, rather than sleeping outside (with the exception of dwarves and barbarians). Sleeping restores 5% of the maximum base hit points.
A Tavern Room zone requires at least a 3x3 tiled zone. Decorations will enhance the happiness of the Hero who owns the room.
